Stephen Hepburn, MP for the Jarrow Constituency has questioned Government Ministers on what they are doing to combat the growing problem of cable theft on railway infrastructure on the Tyne and Wear Metro and in the rest of the North East.

Stephen Hepburn, MP for the Jarrow Constituency has slammed Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments after he uncovered figures showing that 56% of people appealing them at a tribunal in Jarrow and South Tyneside and 59% in the North East now win their case.

He was last elected to serve in June 2017 and won the seat with a conclusive 17,263 majority.
